Action bioscience - the educational arm of the American Institute of Biological Sciences - contains teacher-written and reviewed lessons for middle school through college on a variety of currently relevant topics; also has many content articles for educators linked to the lesson plans.
Reach out Michigan's list of science lesson plans - choose from bio, chem, physical science, astronomy, earth science, or technology. Goes from early elementary to high school. Most lessons seem to come from ROM or Newton's Apple.
Smithsonian Education lesson plan searchable database
Lesson plan page - a huge database of science lesson plans - can be hit or miss.
Internet investigations - a collection of lessons and units for gifted students.
National Center for Improving Student Learning and Achievement in Mathematics and Science - teacher resource page with a focus on classroom assessment.
Concept to classroom - a website with online workshops on topics like classroom assessment and curriculum design.
Discovery Channel School - always nice lesson plans (even if you don't use the whole thing) and if you have any of the Discovery channel videos, you can find discussion questions for most of their videos here.
Thirteen Ed online - high school science lesson plans from WNET New York public television.
TOPScience - easy, simple hands-on science activities.
Forensics in the classroom - by Court TV - lesson plans that integrate basic science and forensics.

Eisenhower Consortium's southeastern division - tons of resources for the science and math educator - lesson plans, content links, professional development, you name it!
Get smarter - a site based on the TIMSS data that has parent and teacher resources; best thing about it, though, is the kids' section - info on careers in math and science, self-assessments and articles on various scientific questions.

American museum of natural history science bulletins - provides essays, data, and weekly updates on topics related to global biodiversity; also has an archive of past editions.

Secrets of the sequence from Virginia Commonwealth University - a series of short video clips about various genetic/evolutionary topics geared towards grades 9-12. Sample lessons to go with the videos are available.
American society for human genetics teacher mentor program - find a geneticist in your state who can help you while you're teaching genetics. There are also several other great resources here, particularly about genetics and evolution and careers in genetics.

Mutualism and coevolution - flowering plants and their pollinators lesson plans (this general website - U of A's biology department - has lots of other great resources, including an interactive mitosis/meiosis tutorial)
