GOALS

1.  Bring all BEACH family members throughout the world together in order to better understand our genealogy.

2.  Determine the relationship between Richard, Thomas, and John Beach, the original American immigrants.

3.  Find the a link between the New Haven BEACH family and Europe.

 

How can you help?

 

In order to complete this project, I need the y-DNA results and the earliest know ancestor of as many Beach males as possible. 

 

If you are a male with the Beach surname and are interested in researching your direct paternal line further, you can participate.  This group study is using the DNA test that looks at a portion of the DNA called the Y chromosome.  The Y chromosome is unique to males and can be used to identify one’s direct paternal line.  For this reason, females cannot contribute directly, but can find a male relative (father, brother, cousin, etc) to be tested as a representative of her line.

 

If you have not yet tested your DNA you can visit one of the following companies in order to have your DNA tested.  

 

I am also accepting donations in order to assist members of the Beach Family who would like to test there DNA, but cannot afford it.  Email me if you would like to donate.
